About contradictions in divorce petition

I wish to add some more details to the above thread. Experts kindly elaborate. The OP's petition reads like this. APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 151 of the code of CPC R/W SECTION 10 OF THE FAMILY COURT ACT.THE APPLICANT SUBMITS AS FOLLOWS.

THAT FOR THE REASONSS STATED IN THE ACCOMPANYING AFFIDAVIT, THE APPLICANT  prays to the court to dismiss the petition as not maintainable in the interest of justice. 

(The petitioner filed the above petition under section 13(1) (I a) R/w 12(1)(a) of the HMA. Both are contradictory to each other.)

she has written about section 12 and 13  and pleads that both sections are contradictory to each other . And she adds that there is no pleading of voidable marriage in this petition.
