How to know if my plot which is under 22-a(1)(b) might be under ulc

I have purchased a 200 sq yrds plot in a venture in Bachupally 1996 thru a registered sale deed under Medchal SRO . The survey number is 52/1 which is spanning about 5 acres in which the realtor made plots about 100 plots . Similar way in the attached survey numbers also he made plots and and sold to lot of people . All of us are in the same layout by same realtor. At present the entire land has been put under 22-A . Today i.e 28th Sept, govt of telangana released a memo original Memo No. 48062/ULC/A1/2026-1 stating ULC lands are to be cleared forULC applications under g.o 92 and processing eligible cases according to the rules. But in the registartion department 22-A (1)(b) data it is showing as just State Govt land.

But the vendor stated in the original sale deed he got the clearance of this land

How do we know if it is under ULC and it can be cleared for regularization.? I searced in Bhu Bharatai and CCLA portals but could not find information about these survay numbers 51 abd 52. please help me . I appreciate your kind support in this regard. Thank you sir

Call the designated 22A State Land Grievance Hotline at 1800-599-4788. File a complaint stating that your land in Bachupally Sy No. 51/52 is wrongfully blocked under a generic state tag rather than processed under ULC rules.

To determine whether your plot in Bachupally, Survey No. 52/1 (or 51) is listed under Urban Land Ceiling (ULC) surplus land, and to evaluate your options under G.O. Ms. No. 92, you may first confirm if your 1996 sale deed explicitly mentions that ULC clearance was obtained, the vendor may have held a clearance certificate, NOC, or exemption order prior to the layout creation. However, if the broader survey number (52/1) was flagged as surplus in government ceiling registers without the individual layout plot clearances being mapped to revenue portal databases, the entire survey number gets blocked indiscriminately.

Since public web portals like Bhu Bharati and CCLA do not show the granular ULC breakdown for specific sub-divided plots, if direct enquiry do not fetch you the desired result, file an RTI application with the Public Information Officer (PIO), Office of the District Collector / Sub-Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri requesting the specific G.O., Proceedings No., and date under which Sy. No. 52/1 of Bachupally village was classified under Section 22-A(1)(b) and whether any NOC / ULC Clearance was issued for Sy. No. 52/1 prior to 2008.
