I have purchased a 200 sq yrds plot in a venture in Bachupally 1996 thru a registered sale deed under Medchal SRO . The survey number is 52/1 which is spanning about 5 acres in which the realtor made plots about 100 plots . Similar way in the attached survey numbers also he made plots and and sold to lot of people . All of us are in the same layout by same realtor. At present the entire land has been put under 22-A . Today i.e 28th Sept, govt of telangana released a memo original Memo No. 48062/ULC/A1/2026-1 stating ULC lands are to be cleared forULC applications under g.o 92 and processing eligible cases according to the rules. But in the registartion department 22-A (1)(b) data it is showing as just State Govt land.
But the vendor stated in the original sale deed he got the clearance of this land
How do we know if it is under ULC and it can be cleared for regularization.? I searced in Bhu Bharatai and CCLA portals but could not find information about these survay numbers 51 abd 52. please help me . I appreciate your kind support in this regard. Thank you sir
