    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I prefer to answer questions regarding Direct taxation,company law, HUF,Accountancy and Auditing .

    The area of my expertise is in Direct taxation and auditing.

    My experience in the area (years):
    I have worked as Income tax officer for 15 yrs and in addition i possess a law degree. i have also worked as faculty in taxation in couple of institutes after retirment.

    Organizations I belong to:
    i retired from the Department of Revenue Direct tax. Befoe retiring i worked as Income tax Officer. After retirement i practice as tax advisor.
