    The Location of Plot is not mentioned ! However . The Agri Land is converted as House Plots , Lay Out is approved . No sales as Plots - Collect the Pahanies /Revenue Records for the last 30 /15 years , Land Conversion Proceedings , Lay Out Approved Map, GPA if any mentioned - Verify the title & Possession of land for the last 15 /30 years and conclude that the Vendor is the Owner and got the lay approved and Title Holder is selling the plot

    Dear Sir, During the above mentioned period (upto 31/12/2010), I visited Chandanagar GHMC and they simply refused my application becaused I was fresh application. They were entertaining the people, who have paid some depository amount, when the scheme was initially opened in year 2008. Because of this I could not submit. Subsequently, GHMC Chandangar, has engaged an auto with loud speaker and keep on informing the people to pay the balance money and get it regularised. My uprahension was, when I was ready to pay Rs.18000/- (full regularisation amount), GHMC does not want to take becaused I did not come in the year 2008, where as they are running pillar to post to collect the balance money from the people who have paid a peanut of amount. Even today I am ready to pay the full amount of Rs.18000/- (house below my flat, the same size of mine, paid the same) and get it regularised. Is there any valuator who can help me in this regard.
