RESPECTED SIR, MY QUESTION IS THAT IF PARTY 'A' AND PARTY 'B' MAKE A DEAL WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION. AND 'A' GIVES A CHEQUE OF AMOUNT TO 'B'. BUT FEW HOURS LATER THEY AGREED TO CENCAL THE DEAL .BUT 'B ' DENIED FOR CHEQUE RETURN . 'B' SUBMIT THE CHEQUE IN THE BANK WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION. SIR NOW WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN BY 'A' .PLEASE SUGGEST.

Hi, My name is vishal yadav i am from Haridwar. I have joined Fareportal IND PVT LTD company in gurgaon in July 2012. I was working as Sr. Executieve as promised by company i was getting all facility. But in December 2012 i was ill and as per my reports i was suffering from Tuberculosis. I started treatment from Max Hospital Gurgaon and i was continue working with company. Company was aware about my medical problem. But in November again i got some health problem after medical reports i still suffering from Tuberculosis. Doctor & My family said you dont have to do your job now. I said same think to company but company said you have to serve notice period then only you will get your last 2 month Incentive. I said to HR team that TB is a communicable diseases and as per doctor i should not live with a group of people if i will work continue then anyone near me can be effected with TB. But HR team was saying this is company policy if you will resign on imideate basis then you will not get your incentive. And now me and my family is in big financial problem. Sir i do understand i resigned on imideate basis but because of medical reason not as per my choice so do you think still i can get my incentieve. It is more then INR 70000/-

Company had taken a car on loan from volkswagen and now a call from volkswagen to recovery the loan amount from me and also spoken to take legal action as co-applicant whether i am a employee only not a director of company. RESPECTED EXPERTS (LAWYERS), MY BEST FRIENDS GRAND FATHER HAS PROPERTY.HE DIED. EVENTUALLY MY FRIENDS FATHER GOT RIGHT TO SELL THE PROPERTY IN NAME OF MY FRIENDS GRAND FATHER.NOW THE DOUBT IS 1.my friends father has gifted(gift deed) to his cousin sister, and aunt(fathers natural fathers sister ie my friends grandfathers sister)) in 2006. by that time friend was 21 ie major.will his father has right to gift the ancestral property to relatives without assent of my friend(21 yrs in 2006). my friends father died in 2012. 2.please give proper advice so that i can convey to my economically poor friend.if he goes to court whether he will get his ancestral property back.how many days normally court takes to resolve this issue. 3.please give suggestions, and links of previous judgements on same lines to karthikniper22@gmail.com voice:8522033231
