paternity leave in center govt i want to apply paternity leave form 16-04-2013 to 30-04-2014. but my officer told me to report back on 30-04-2014 AF because 01-05-2014 to 01-07-2014 summer vacation will start.can it compulsory that i have to report back in school on 30 only . bcz it is not possible for me ,becuause my home town is sonipat haryana ,and i am posted in andhra pradesh. kindly give me the suitable suggestion.

can anyone challenge the registered will after the death of will maker. according to our registered will my grandfather divides his whole property in two equal parts between my father and my uncle.but my grandmother wants to challenge this will in court.is there any ground on which this will be cancelled.

Sir my father works as Asst Manger at a PSU Bank. He is asked to join the election duty as presiding officer. He has serious eye problem due to which his eye sight is very limited. After sun set it is not possible for him to see properly. Apart from this he has bp 200/120 and is on medication. He can not open his eye in the morning if eye drops not being used. He is retiring this August. Can u suggest what to do, so that he can be relieved from this duty.
