Dear sirs we had made an partnership agreemen for some deal which did not work out and someunder hand dealings were not cleared so we didnt clear cheque of 8lakhs,he has made acase under 202,and we were summonedunder crpc 160 by the police staion to appear within 7days but we did not recieve the compalin filed by the party,we rquested the police station they are not giving us copy we are trying to et from court,we are worried if we appear under crpc 160 the police has power to call us and detain us or arrest us in 160 and 202 could please clarify if they can arrest and what is necessary step is hould take, the summons are for 3partners 2partners are my daughter and wife,an wea re all at mumbai and amtter is at gujarath where we have branch office can you suggest some good solution sunil

Dear Respected Sir, I am an web designer from West Bengal.A Person sued me twice on a same case. He & his son misuse my two lost cheques,put amount & date on their wish & bounce it,then put a case on Delhi,Saket court.When I get bailed,then He threaten me to put again a new case so that I can lost my lifetime by train journey. I've no money and only 25 years old. But he just ruin my career life in revenge.I never give him any cheques.I never promissed him to give him any money.But as they stays in Delhi(Badarpur) for long time and blackmailing me.So I return to West Bengal.They used to looks like very generous religious type of person.I went Delhi 5 years ago for my study where I started to design websites & web apps.Now I cant not work.I 've no money...helpless,my family in pain...my marrige failed...help me sir...help me.... They threaten me that they ruin my life: just doing case & case & case in delhi. I can not survive and I becoming a mental patient ....I always feels to commit suicide....but my poor ma baba and bhai ...they are all helpless. I can not do my job properly. Hi Sir, Next week (by 10th April 2014) I'm planning to get my flat (in Bangalore) registered. However yesterday I got a surprise when my SBI Bank agent said that I CANNOT get my flat registered jointly in My & my wife's name, since, the Sale Deed was only in my name. I did the sale deed in April 2013 last year & I was not aware at that time that Registration & Sale Deed is connected. Please let me know what Legal options I have so that I can get the flat registration done jointly with my wife ? Note:- I'm aware of the Gift Deed option which exists but only after Registration. good morning sir , i already put the application to my school principal, (about the PATERNITY LEAVE before summer vacation from 16-04-14 to 30-04-14) conjunction with summer vacation . and i have no other duties given by my official , in that case if my official not consider my application then what i have to do...IF ANY RULE ARE THEIR ABOUT THE MATTER THEN PLZ FORWARD ME .SO THAT I MAY CONVINCED MY OFFICIAL.
