Dear sir, My friend started working in a Engineering and Management college in UP as Assistant Professor since 15 Aug 2013 (interview held in July 2013). No appointment letter was given. He was a law graduate also and applied for registration to Bar Council of UP in December 2013 but received registration no. only in May 2014.He took long leave from Institute on 15 May 2014. His salary for the month of April-May 2014 is still pending and Director after several reminders is not ready to give neither salary nor experience letter but gives more time ( now saying salary will be given in September but all employees cleared their due except my friend).What should he do? He want's to practice in local court but not registered with Bar Association so far. Should he resign or wait to get his amount before registration with Bar Association? Plz help

one of my friend is working as Assistant Professor Management college and college has not given him any appointment letter.He only signs in attendance register and receives salary through vouches as cash in hand, which is consolidated salary.He is teaching Business law, labor law , taxation and Human resource management to MBA/BBA students.He is also enrolled as an advocate. So can he practice and continue in job as part time also?

Sir I am a geologist working in Geological Survey of India, Ranchi. By an order(issued in July 2013) I have been transfered to Kochi with effect from 1-10-2013. I also received a letter (on August 2013) from Head of Office that I will be released after completing the official work. But my transfer has deferred in October 2013, pertaining to submission of an official report. The report was submitted in November 2013. But again my transfer has deferred till further order. Is this order is valid? Can I join my new office at Kochi with the letter issued by head of office?. Please reply me I also received different amount of salay in each month for the last four years. What I should do recover my lost money with interest?.

I hve purchased 2bhk flat in kharadi pune. I have done agreement to sell in March 2013. At that time i paid all stamp duty and registy charges. Later when I did my Sale deed in April 2014 I was demanded 1% LBT .I paid that amount as well. But Later during the year I heard a news that some lawyer has filed a case and won the case mentioning that LBT of people in all such similar cases will be returned by Corporation. Is this true? Can someone help me with the procedure to claim the LBT?
