Sir thank you so much for you valuable advice which has helped many people who aren't aware about laws. I really appreciate you cooperation for us. Sir, my self Siddhant Ramesh Patil my query is about heir certificate and who can beneficiary of properties. My brother in law expired two years back and he purchased two flats in latest construction one on the name of my sister and other on his own name one flat payment was fully done i.e. my sister's and other flat payment was only 10 lakh rupees but due to his accidental death the remaining amount of his flat was recovered from my sister own account, and now when both flat payment is done those sales representatives are saying that my sister need heir certificate for the only flat of my brother in law and they're not handing keys to her. So now she being a widow with two children can she benefit the flat on her name or we need any cooperation from her mother in law. This heir certificate may cause property dispute so kindly please i request to guide us thankyou

i absconded from wipro BPS on 20 may 2015 as i was getting salary less than i was promised also the work burden was more than they told me in interview. i requested my manager that i can't work in such a burden and also with that low salary so please release me with short notice period if possible than within a week. but she refused to relese me and told me to do what i want to do. so as obvious i absconded from the company. after 7 months wipro sent me a notice that you have to pay "26000 /- as a negative salary" and "15000 /- as notice period recovery" in total "41000 /-" within 10 days of receiption of this notice. i dont know what should i do, so please help me.
