Engineering employees of Air India Ltd have now been transferred to a new company called Air India Engineering Service Ltd.
The company was earlier formed by merged of Indian Airlines Ltd and Air India Ltd. The employees in question had joined Indian Airlines Ltd and later were merged to Air India Ltd.
The ROC data is attached for reference.
I want to know whether the employees of Air India Engineering Services Limited will still come under the purview of PSU tag or not in other words I want to know whether AIESL is a PSU or not.(Pl refer the attachment taken from MCA site)
