What will happen after receiving 2notice from Panchayat

We have only 6slabs but we have gram Panchayat permission only for 2floors. Panchayat issue us two notices, today notice they mention demolish illegal 3floors otherwise they will demolish whole building, please suggest how to save from demolition.

While constructing the unauthorized structures, have you consulted or thought of such violations ?

Approach to Court and get stay order through a competent advocate.

It depends on facts and you can prolong it for a year or two, but Court can only stop demolition temporarily.  Your advocate can give such guidance.

How does Gram Panchayat have authority to demolish the illegal construction?

Why did you construct third floor if it is "Unauthorised" and illegal?

Remove illegal construction without any inhibitation, reservation or unnecessary litigation consequently tension.
