Redevelopment question

Hi my building is planning to go for reconstruction. But some members are raising concerns on my flat terrace. I stay at first floor which has open terrace accessible by 4 flats. Its also mentioned in my agreement. Wil I get entitlement and appreciation for the open terrace. We have paid for the 1/3 area of open terrace to the builder
