Govt job related issues

I joined indian post as a GDS(extra dept agent) under Indian post paying TRCA not covered under ccs during May 2021 before my last semester. Due to corona classes and final examination were conducted online and I gave the exams beyond duty hours. Is my degree valid? Then resigned voluntarily in mar 2022 and after 4 yrs got new job and I did not mentioned about my past employment and I applied this job when I was unemployed. Will this create any issues. plz reply
