Wants my tenant to leave shop

Dear Sir/Madam,

My father had rented out our shop in Delhi in 1980 with deposit guarantee for rs. 20,000. Now my father has transfered this property to me. Now, can I ask tenant to leave the shop?

Could you please tell me the procedure? and also the what could be the risk.

Thanks & regards,

S. Sharma
