I own a plot in Vakil Garden, Kannakpura Road. I am paying the annual maintenance charges to the Vakil Garden Residents group. The Club House is owned and maintained by Vakil Housing- which I am not using. I am ok to pay the charges if I am using the facility, but not at present. Can Vakil Housing legally claim these charges? If not, what can I do?
