Vacate house

HI all

 

I have given house on rent basis to the tenant only one month passed , i have not made agreement with the tenant. Tenant is not good person and so i will not countine with tenant and vacate the house. in the second month I have already filled complaint in the police station and tenant give one month time. in the case police help me vacate the after the expirty of the one month or not. please suggest me the way how to vacate the property with the police

Second thing if tenant not vacant the house then i cant take immediate legal process to the tenant.

i can take warrant against him as tresspass
