If a NRI applies for a divorce in a foreign court and subsequently later a respondent applies for contested divorce in Indian court, what happens in this situation?
Will both the divorce go ahead?
can the divorce in India be quashed on the basis that the one abroad was issue first?
If both go together, will the financial and money be paid twice?
