i have DRDO as scientist on 12-04-2004.(New pension scheme). My post comes under Group A service class-1 gazetted. Now i wrote civil services mains and i am expecting the service in may 2012. If i am selected to IAS or IPS (All india services), whether my previous service will be counted or not? If i am selected to IRS (group A serice,class 1 gazetted) whether my service will be counted or not? My present payband is 15600-39100 and present basic is 20550/- and grade pay is 6600/-.
Please help and clarify my doubts about technical resignation.
