lower court upheld her RCR petition.and dismissed my divorce petition. i filed appeal in high court. reliable sources saying the other party wants to file petition for speedy trail ( 21b ) for quick disposal of the case in high court.
will high court consider it ( i mean it can order speedy trail to lower courts, but will high court grant the same in the cases before it also?)

Yes, the high court will consider it.

you have to mention the ongoing case details while arguing and also if judge considers then he will order the lower court to complete the trail within stipulated time say three months or so
