Should i file petition?

Myself and husband are both physically challenged, financially sound from good families. However, because of unusual expectations my husband and mother in law want to discontinue marriage and insist on separate existence as she believes that behaviour is improper. I have been under much mental pressure / harassment because of his relatives. Once, my husband also tried to prove me insane with the help of a psychologist. My work also sometimes gets affected due to constant rift and neglected / avoidance behavior. Also, my husband being physical challenged has constraints during consummate, hence the marriage also is non consummated. On what ground should i file petition?
