Please advice.
my husband owns an apartment and he has loan on that property. he made a settlement deed on my name in jan2014.it was registered . i applied for EC and it shows that the deed was registered but again cancelled on april 2014. i was unaware of this transaction. is it possible to cancel settlement deed like this? is there any time frame in which it can be cancelled? the settlement deed says it is irrevocable and also has terms that no money was settled and its is soley by love and affection.please advice. if this is legal by indian law. can i raise questions on this situation. is it favourable for me .
