sir i was an employee in pwd deparment on engineer post on three years agriment base and after compliting three years department throw out me from post giving without any notice then after i file civil suit in court i complited 240 days work in one year what result be happend

you were not daily wager so the 240 days concept does not ppy here.
It appears that you were not duly appointed but there was only contrautual arragneemnt. P{rima-facie you have no claim.
