In my post I said - "He cannot understand, a large section of men join hands for the rights of women. He cannot under stand why "Raja Ram Mohan Roy" worked for women. Why a large section of men fought for the right of "widow marriage" and against "kanya sulkam" (Before 1950 in some parts of the country, women were paid money by the men to get married). "
Mr. Swatir responds - "it will be great to see reincarnation of some raja ram mohan roy whu is a LCI member."
My dear friends, is there any suggestion to say that I am raja ram mohan roy. Why people use such foolish comments.
He further says - "taking name of great social reformists to propogate ones profession ( clandeteine business) is not good."
That is what I am telling. If you raise the cause of women, these people will hunt you down, hurt you mercilessly. Whatever you say is for professional prosperity. I do not have any right to raise the names of karl marx, engels (for his best book on State, women and property), Gandhi, Nehru, B.R. Ambedkar, Bhagat Singh. Whatever name I refer, I am referring it for my professional purpose.
See his shameless suggesion - "if u want to really take a cause join SIFF and help downtrodden husbands. this is need of hour. this is the social reform we need today in metros and urban india."
If I follow his advise and work for men, then I am O.K. I am a selfless social reformer and entitled to take up the big names whatever I like and he would pardon me for my past professional misconducts and graciously grant me the liberty to raise those above said big names in my postings.
Is it required to imagine how a woman will be treated by them if they treat a woman sympathiser with such contempt.
