Sir,
I am planning to give my house on rent for the first time & for two years. First we settled on registered deed but at the later point we agreed to go on Rs.2000 stamp paper for 11 months.
The dealer involved had made the rent agreement for 2 years on Rs.2,000/- stamp paper. When questioned, he said its a valid agreement. I don't trust property dealers & to clear my doubt i am asking for your expert advice. I have just two days to hand over the keys.
Will the agreement be valid.
