Relieving letter not given even after accepting my resignation

I submitted my resignation to my company  on 19th April 2013 and they accpted my resignation on 10th May 2013. They also provided me with the letter states Acceptence of Resignation. Now i am also working in diffrent company. But now they are not giving me my relieving letter. Can any one please tell me what i need to do next to get the Relieving letter?

you need to write them about pending documents i.e. relieving letter. incase they fail to give you the same then you may serve a legal notice to them through an Advocate. Regards, Advocate Rohit Dalmia 9324538481 Mumbai

Thanks a lot Sir,

But if i serve a notice, can they give a document stating bad conduct out of GRUDGE? if they do like that it may hamper my career
