Regarding property purchase

Dear Sir,

                This is regarding purchase of Shop (Property) in Nagpur. One of my friend had done Agreement to Sale for Purchase of Shop on Rs.500/ stamp paper , before completing the time period on the said agreement he had done another suppliment agreement for increasing time period ( as the saler had not completed his formalities like not sanctioning of Map and other related documents for registering the agreement ), and in the mean time the saler had made another Agreement to Sale with the third party.

Now he denined to clear the said matter, due to which We had file legal action agains the saler, and also file FIR to police station. But due to some internal setting with Police personal they denined to accept our FIR against the
Saler, and give NC after 1 1/2 months without not doing any enquiry agains the same.

When there is an arguments with the seller, he denined to sale the shop to us due to the only reason that we belong to SCHEDULE CASTE (SC) religion, and told us that he will sale the same to some other person and not us.

Kindly suggest us ,, as we are from middle class family and running shop of general stores for our daily needs, we had given all our savings to the seller at the time of agreement to sale. Now please guide us what to do against the same.  Also is there any Attrocities Act for not selling property to the SC person.

Please help me out and suggest us.

Consult a local lawyer with all docs on record.

It is felt that you have not proceeded for marking the attendance/absence on promised date of registry by Sub Tehisldar.
