Reg. voice pollution by loud speaker by cars or tractors

Respected Sir, I saw there are many drivers of trucks, cars and tractors when the pass from public house , the make a loud voice of speakers. So the disturb the common peoples. They did not see the day and night. Is there any law to control such peoples. HARJODH SINGH

Lodge complaint with DCP,CP and they can depute staff to challan such vehicles..
