I am Kiran from Bangalore.
I have seen property with 2400 sqft multi house (G+3). One of the flat owner has 2 car parking slots in ground floor. In which one of the car parking with 215 sqft they are going to sell. I am planning to buy and give it for rent to commercial shop purpose. In sale deed they mentioned "car parking". Is it possible to convert it to car parking to commercial space. Please need your legal advise.
