Property sold

I take a token and make a agreement. And I specifically mentioned second party cancel the further transaction not pay to reaming amount. This token amount not refunded by first party.

Second party not ready to pay reaming amount. After 1 year I sold my house. And now olw buyer come back and said my token back.

What's is the further step...??

You can't refuse to return the token amount for any reason. 

If he approaches court then the decision will be against your interest hence better settle the matter amicably.
