Partition of property

Background: My friends GrandMother bought around 10 acres of wet agri land in a village in AP. Grandmother expired around 20 years ago. She is having 3 sons. In which youngest one also expired due illness .

Elder son is possesing entire land & its in revenue records. The middle son & window of the third son are struggling to get thier part from elder son.

Elder son as is staying in that village & he is not ready for partition nor willing to show the patta passbook or even the tax reciept of the land.

As they middle son one approaches village patwari, he is not cooprating in showing the land details like survey no etc. Looks like elder son managed the village patwari.

Question

In this case how the middle son & widow of the third son should proceed legally so that they would get thier portion of the land equally?

after the death of grand mother her sons were entittle for equal share .  Yongest son's wife and sons can file a suit for partition and seperate possession.  In the 1/3rd share of youngest son both wife and sons /daughters get equal share.
