Partition of agriculture land

Dear Sir/Madam,

                               We have an agriculture Land In Haryana which is in the jointly name of my father & my uncle (Cousion's of father). Land is under joint names of my father and my uncle. Now we want to take possession of the land in which my father ownership.  We have already possession of 75% of our land and rest of the land has been retained by my uncle. They do not want to left our land. Please let me know the best procedure to take back the rest land.
