The society office bearers must not indulge in such goon like acts.
They must prefer to resort to act in civilized manner.
If member is staying in society member should also act in a manner that all members think alike and act in unison.

What is the harm in getting a sticker, if aim to identify outsiders and avoid misuse/abuse/overuse of property.

I think you are all educated ( I will be surprised, if you are not).
As an educated person, does it not occur to you that to get a Sticker issued Free of Cost by the Society, of which you are also a Member, is quite simple and easy, than to get into other irrelevant questions?
Or do you think that just because one is educated, one has to question each and every thing, even if it is quite trivial?

Maharashtra has clear policies with regard to allotment of parking lots. The Society can charge a parking fee as decided by the General Body of the Society. There is no provision for any stickers. Also locking and immobilising cars is illegal. You can complain to the police as it is a criminal offence. You can also complain to the Deputy Registrar of your ward. People who advise you to accept the sticker policy have no knowledge of laws in Maharashtra.
