Respected Seniors,
1) We are paying " Paid Holiday" on BASIC+HRA+CONV+SPECIAL ALLOWANCES excluding Medical and LTA
is this practice correct or not?
2) in incometax calculations we are giving excemption of conveyance allowance Rs. 9600/- (per month 800/-) and HRA exeption as per rules.
SOme employees want to avail the entertainment allowance exemption & Medical reimbursement exemption in tax calculations
is there any provision to allow such.
Please guide me.
