Ownership of two flats

I have one CGHS free-hold flat in Delhi which I purchased through resale and I am also a memebr of this society.  I would like to now purchase one more flat in DDA through resale. Please clarify if I can buy the flat from legal perspective....Thanks & Regards, Sunil Bansal
