Notray can attest, autheticate, verify, certifiy a docmuent fro tru copy.....

Notary is not registering authority..

The document that is to be mandatorily registered can be registered by registering authority..

Certain transactions need to be statutorily registered to make the transactions valid. For example, property purchase and sale.  Notary is a kind of Witness and confirmation that particular person/s executed certain documents and signature was made before them.  The facts noted therein as per the facts/.documents made availbale to Notary Public were verified.  A papers notarised has a little bit more value than a normal paper in that the signatories are identified by Notary Public.

Registration is done by Governmnent Departments whereas Notary is done normally by Senior Lawyers appointed by Competent Authority in terms of Notaries Rules, 1956.
