I am from thane district in Maharashtra, I have made a leave and licence agreement with tenant for three years. It is only 5 months for the agreement the tenant has stopped paying the rent for last three months as per the claws in the agreement I gave him a 30 Days’ notice to vacant the premises he to is no ready to do so , instead he is asking me to go to the court to take the position of the premises in this situation what can I do .....
