browwor from one of the my friends by interested
my brother was not paid any interest to 5him after 3yer I did settlement of rs. 215000
after that I asked my brother he toll me I will only 180000
I accepted but he was not given
after some day he toll he will pay 2000 monthly than also I accepted
but he was not paid regularly
after my husband death he was tell that he not pay what u want do

I have his cq. of 1100000
how how to take my money from him
