Noise of loud dj/loudspeakers by society members

Hello,

I stay in first floor apartment of G+5 storey building of a multiapartment complex in Kolkata.

For the past three years, every year on any/every occasion of Navaratri/ Christmas/New Year, the commitee of the apartment society sets up DJ or loudspeakers on the pretext of celebration just right under my flat with loudspeakers being stacked just near the bedroom window. There are senior citizens in my flat and also heart patient. The noise is so loud that we cannot hear each other's voice within the flat.

The remaining upper floor owners do not seem to be bothered by the noise as they do not have senior citizens residing in their flats. Inspite of repeated requests to shift the venue of the musical show, the commitee gives a deaf ear.

Could ypu please suggest me any/all wys to tackle this problem.

Any suggestion/advise is highly valuable. Thanking in advance.

Bring it to the notice of society Chairman, if no remedy then approach the court for injunction order.

The main and the biggest problem is that the society committee's Secretary, President, and other members are all aware of this because they themselves get the stage setup there and give instructions to the sound system guy to setup the sound system there.

Not even once we, the flat residents of the effected flat , were consulted. They are not concerned with the fact there is a heart patient in the flat. They are merely concerned about their enjoyment even if somebody is critically ill or on the verge of getting admitted to hospital.

The other flat owners are not concerned as it does not effect them much as their flats are at higher floors.
