Need some information

 Hello Friends , this is related with trust law for Maharashtra.

I want to know : 

wht is procedure to renew 80 G ?

what are the documents to be attached with application ?

How much time does it take ?

If possible Pls provide  document contending all the above  information ..

Dear Deshmukh Ji,

The procedure for Renewal of Registration and FORM, Under Section 80 G (5) of the Income Tax Act,  is same as Registeration procedure.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL :

The following documents were submitted to Income Tax Department:
 
1) Form No – 10G

2) Copy of Trust deed

3) List of Trustees details

4) Copy of Last Three years Balance sheet, Income/Expenditure account & Return file

 
5) Copy of Last Three year activities details

6) Copy of 12A, 80G certificates

Application Form ( FORM 10 G) for renewal is attached below.
