Need Judegements related to consent

i need urgent judgements (if possible tonight only) that related to hindu marriage act where divorce by mutual consent& after expiry of 6months,taking money as said in compromise,accepts no force,coercion in giving consent for mutual divorce then at last day of hearing sayiing that consent was by force,coercion & hence withdrawn. then court say that it can`t be mutual divorce here. i need urgent judgements (if possible tonight only) that related to sayign DIVORCE IF VALID ANYWAY AS PER MUTUAL CONSENT OR OTHERWISE. NEEDED IT URGENTLY !!!
