I am an Indian national living in India since birth and I have a property in Mumbai that was transferred to me after my mothers death in 2007, this is a property vested in Custodian of Enemy Property for India and I pay their office rent for the same.
My father got me to sign a GPA in his name for the said property and later got two witnesses to sign said document without my knowledge i.e his brother and his second wife.
Also without my knowledge he has got my brother to sign a GPA stating that he is the rightful owner and not me giving GPA rights to my father.
Lastly since my mothers demise and predating that the electricty meter has been forcefully kept in his name so to stake claim on said property.
What are my options if I want to revoke GPA from my father and also bring to notice that there are two false GPA against my property that he has got signed to his name one being my brother and his second wife .
Also he has taken a loan against said property of X amount without my knowledge
Please do advise me I really need some help .
