minor boy marry major girl

19 year girl married a 20 year boy. Without her parent knwing. How boy can be punished as he is minor. Hw girl can be recovered from boy house.pl pl advice v urgent

According to Hindus marriage act essentials

1. bridegroom age must be 21 years completed and bride age must be 18 years completed

but here bride groom has not completed 21 yeas so this marriage is voidable
