I want to apply for my passport's renewal in Jaipur through an agent. marriage certificate was issued in Roorkee since marriage was in Roorkee. Now the agent says that my marriage certificate is invalid because it does not have any photograph of me and my husband and said that he would get it made in Jaipur. Is he correct or my Roorkee marriage certificte is valid for the above said purpose?
