I got aproval for mukhya mantri swrojgar yojana loan. After that i arpoched to bank to senction my loan. Bank want guarantee against my loan. my problem is i have only undiverted plot. Which i introduced as loan guarantee. But the bank refused it because it is undiverted. Is this cumpolsorry rule? Is there any another rule or substitution of my problem.
please suggest me regarding this.
