Dear Experts.

1)Is it mandatory to live together during 6 month period between first and second motion in MCD?

2) After MCD, can father file a petition for child custody.

No.

2) After MCD, can father file a petition for child custody.

Technically Yes. But child custody is decided at the time of MCD only.
