i have seen 2 cases, where the marriage was void because wife had divorce deed.

still they filed 498a / DV.

their husbands were running around courts - 1 for 6 years & the other for 8 years 

both the husbands were under the impression that their marriage is valid.

they realized the fact lateron - but the valuable years were already wasted !

All the credit goes to LCI & LCI members - who guide the needy people with a deep sense of social service.

but in my case sir, my wife is advocate and she made false divorce  (NOTORY ) (without my knowledge she make my false sign) and than, that DIVORCE PAPER  submitted in the court and filed charge against my of ipc sec 420, 376, 406 AND  judge passed order under 156(3).
