Lawyer is not giving receipt/bill of legal charges

Hi, I am from kharghar, Navi Mumbai.. I live in a CHS where secretary himself is a lawyer. Who has taken certain amount from use to complete conveyance deed for our society. % years, down the line we have not recd any deliverable from him. He has partially taken money directly into his account from each member and partially taken money from society account. he has not provided any legal fee receipt to society. How to tackel this situation as he continue to threat socity members. In fact he has not pais maintainance amount since last 5 years. Ours is a small society with service going people has neglected this since last few years. What can be solution to tackle this situation
