1 Rule 3-A Company shall apply for a certificate of stability to be issued by a competent authority in Form 1-A, before any premises of a factory are constructed, reconstructed or extended and are used as a factory. Once in five years from the date of issue of previous stability certificate OR every time after extension, alteration, repairs, additions of any work.

3 Para 38(2) Company shall forward a copy of wages payment register for the month showing amount recovered from wages of employees and amount of Company¡¦s contribution to the fund, the A/c No., Company¡¦s Code No., & rate of contribution to the Provident Fund Commissioner.
