Section 125 Cr.pc provide maintenance:
Wife, Children, Parents are liable for getting Maintenance per month for his/her livehood in following section.
125 A- Wife ( Also Divorce wife)
125B- legitimate or illegitimate minor child
125C- Physical or mental disturb childern
125D- Mother and Father
Only prooved that he/she is unable to maintenance herself/himself.
