We are hindu joint family. my grandfather was expired. my grand mother is alive. my father,my uncle and my aunt are sliblings for my grand father. Me and My sister are sliblings for my father.
We have bought some land and registered on my father
10 years back, my uncle taken a will for 3/4 of land which is registered on my father.I was 21 years old during that time. I was not signed on that will.My father only signed on that document.
Please let me know whether that "will" will have valid or not.
we are still joint family. we are not divided yet.
My Uncle has also lot of property on his name.
Can I get share on my uncle property as well
